At ELVIRE STYLE, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us, without giving a reason.

How do I make a return?

It's simple! A return form is included in each package.

1. Please fill out the return form included with your order.
2. Return the item to its original packaging with the tags attached.
3. Return the package to the address indicated on the return slip.

Refund

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs: At your expense (except for defective items or errors on our part).

Non-returnable items

• Underwear and swimwear (hygiene)
• Sale items (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached.
